Forge Monchieri has made extensive investments in properties and state-of-the-art equipment over the years.

In 2002/2003 a second factory warehouse was built to expand the areas dedicated to plant systems and boost production capacity.

The 12000 Press was inaugurated in 2009 which allows production of large sized forgings of up to 120 tons.

Recently, the company also started work on a new warehouse of approx. 3,000 square metres which involves an investment of millions of euros.

Addition significant investments are and will be carried out in the M&M Forgings R&D department with a project focusing on the search for new and more evolved ingot heat based homogenisation techniques, residual stress simulation techniques and those used to improve the strength of material toughness with the objective of optimising its production processes.

Thanks to the investments made on the forge line, the heat treatment furnaces, the cooling tanks, and the testing and inspection machinery, Forge Monchieri currently has all the resources needed to efficiently respond to all customer requirements at its disposal.
